FabHotel Skyland - Inside Bhavya Shopping Complex

Very poor

The property is old and not well maintained . I saw a rat in the lobby . The rooms had old bedsheets , bathroom had an old bucket , towels were not clean enough. Overall not worth staying here .

The Fab central services and hotel management does not have any coordination. Although booking.com mentions "no prepayment" , Fab asks for 20% advance payment immediately after you book on booking.com. If you do not pay, they threaten to give your room to others. Totally ridiculous !!

I did not like anything about the property. Only photos they have on booking.com are fake. The rooms are very old and badly maintained.

I booked this property for 4 nights for my 65 year old father. I expected it to be comfortable and clean and safe as shown in the photos. But to his surprise - it was the exact opposite it was extremely old and super dirty with red ants all over the room floor. They took the upfront payment for all 4 nights from my father during check in and then after my father saw the room, he asked the hotel manager why is this so different from what you have showed on booking.com - the manager explained that the photos published on booking.com are actually of another hotel the same hotel owner owns. We asked them to refund our money so we can move my father to another hotel. They didn’t help. The customer service was also horrible.

Rooms were neat, tidy and hygienic.. Food taste was good

I have already made a complaint on the call and spoke to your executive for 38mins!- plz ask them. Building is very very torn up n old one. Parking is very dangerous with all the dirt n cobwebs around..

She provided great service and the food she recommended was really good in taste. Overall amazing experience. Would recommend to everyone. Special mention to the desserts served on table .

two cons.AC was making lot of noise. Only 1 elevator present in such a big hotel which is unacceptable. otherwise no issues. better than most of the hotels

Staying here was an amazing experience. Awesome rooms, neat and clean rooms and all facilities are available. and nice staff, superly delicious and high quality food.housekeeping staff
